By downloading or using ShredCut, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.2. The Service
ShredCut is an action sports video analysis app that automatically detects and clips individual attempts from your session footage. The app runs locally on your device; your videos are never uploaded to our servers.3. Subscriptions
ShredCut offers a free tier with 3 video analyses. ShredCut Pro is available as a monthly auto-renewing subscription (€5.99/month), a yearly auto-renewing subscription (€39.99/year), or a one-time lifetime purchase (€99.99). Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings.4. Your Content
You retain all rights to the videos you process with ShredCut. We do not
access, store, or transmit your videos.5. Acceptable Use
You may use ShredCut only for lawful purposes. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the app.6. Disclaimer
ShredCut is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not
guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ShredCut's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the past 12 months.8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.9. Contact
